That’s the commonly told story of how the Naked City, a community of low-rent apartment buildings and houses in the shadow of the Stratosphere just north of the Las Vegas Strip, got its nickname.

The bill prohibits signs, banners, or display panels in arenas, gymnasiums, stadiums and other sports event venues. The bill imposes a fine of BRL50,000 ($10,000) and a ban on hosting events for up to two years.
